As part of Constitution Month in the state of Utah, members of the Syracuse West Stake turned a Saturday into a day of service and generosity at Buffalo Point Elementary. On September 13, volunteers came ready not only with willing hands, but also with an abundance of donations collected beforehand.

The contributions included all the materials needed for student snack kits and potty accident kits. Throughout the day, volunteers assembled those kits, painted the bike and scooter racks, helped in the library, built shelves, and even created special items to brighten a child’s day. The service stretched far beyond just completing tasks—it left a lasting impression of care and community spirit.

Thanks to the outpouring of generosity, Buffalo Point received more than enough supplies. The abundance made it possible to share snack and potty kits with neighboring schools as well, including Island View Elementary and Holt Elementary.

The event was a tribute to what happens when a community comes together in service: practical needs were met, schools were strengthened, and countless children will feel the ripple effects of kindness.
