We are excited to welcome Principal Julie Larsen to Wasatch Elementary! Ms. Larsen brings decades of experience and a strong commitment to education to our school community.
She spent 32 years working in the Davis School District, serving as principal at Kays Creek, Layton, Oak Hills, and Boulton Elementary. Before retiring three years ago, she was the Director of Special Education for the district. Even after retirement, Ms. Larsen stayed connected to education by working as a classroom substitute.
When the opportunity came to join Wasatch Elementary, Ms. Larsen didn’t hesitate. She is looking forward to meeting our families, working with students, and finishing out the school year together. If you speak Spanish, Ms. Larsen would love to practice with you—she’s been taking Spanish classes for the past three years!
